This sweet girl is a puppy in a teenagers body. Found severely emaciated she is now on the road to recovery and doing very well. Still a lot of manners to learn and puppy mouthing to sort but willing to learn. Here’s an update from her fosters:

Rosie is super lovely who is friends with everybody! She’s still learning how to be a dog but she loves to play. We’re in the process of teaching her to not mouth peoples hands and stop jumping up on us. Basic manners still need some work but such a lovely girl
